India Post (GOI):
If your location is in J&K, North East States, or in remote areas or villages then we highly recommend you to select this option for confirmed delivery, else the order may get delayed or returned due to a non-serviceable area.
Note: Shipment from India Post can be delayed due to regional or national holidays and limited working hours.
Cash-On-delivery (COD) orders will go thru certain verification and validation process. It may take 2-4 working days to dispatch the order after a successful verification process and if the material is available at the warehouse. If there is any delay in dispatch then the customer will get the update regarding the same or the parcel will be dispatched in parts as per communication.
After dispatch, a tracking ID will be shared with customers thru which they can track their orders. Depending upon Location, Pincode, Urban/Rural area, it may take 3-9 days to order get delivered. You will get the estimated delivery date at the tracking link.
